Returns & Exchanges

At RMK Leatherworks, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely pack it in its original RMK Leatherworks packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
