What type of leather do you use for your products?
We exclusively use premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from world-renowned tanneries. This ensures each piece is durable, develops a unique patina over time, and maintains its structural integrity for years.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As most of our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production. Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international delivery.
Do you offer custom embossing or personalization?
Yes, we offer custom hot-stamping and laser engraving on select items. You can add initials or names directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy for leather goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-personalized items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or embossed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my RMK Leatherworks products?
To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend applying a high-quality leather balm every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture; if the leather gets wet, pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every RMK Leatherworks product is backed by a lifetime warranty on stitching and hardware. If your item fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
